Digital Tools for Development: A Sourcebook Book for Access and Applications: LearnLink Models of Use and Case Studies:

Models of Use discuss comprehensive strategies or approaches for applying ICTs in development, supported by pre-project assessment, design, planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability guidelines.The Models of Use are supported by case studies which share pilot project experience and share lessons learned in a specific context


Concept Papers
The Concept Papers discuss the theoretical and applied aspects of ICTs in development in a wide range of topics such as: Ecommerce, Pedogogical Uses of Web-Based Chat, Constructivism and Solving Connectivity problems.
